Hey guys,
Just want to thank you and let you know that I've been using Neck Diagrams for a while now and it helps me out immensely!

We'll be attending this years RGT Conference The conference is taking place at Thames Valley University, Ealing (London) on Sunday 5th September. If you're attending then come over to our stand and say Hello! |
Come meet us in the flesh and personally tell us about how you use the software and what new features you'd like added in future! We're aiming to have v1.7 ready by then and we'll be demoing it on the day. And you never know, we might have a special conference offer up our sleeves ;)

Well it certainly proved that
Well it certainly proved that the RGT Conference that what you don't know can make you ineffective. I've been drawing charts on the PowerPoint sheets that I've created over the years and whilst these are great for off the cuff notes and helping students understand stuff, the basic scale and chord charts have always been a pain to create and didn't look great either. Course you could use PowerPoint for it all, but if you've ever used PowerPoint to create a chord or scale chart, you'll know how long it takes - and in the end a lot of the dots, markers and text don't quite line up. God knows I've tried and I'm known for being pretty good at it.
I came across these guys showing this product and I could see in about 10 seconds it was a no brainer to buy. If you can save a couple of hours with this then it more than pays for itself. At a quick guess this will save me about 20 hours a year minimum - you do the numbers on what you think that's worth to you - but at £26 an hour it's a lot more than the cost of this application. On my first try I did a page of scales (7) in less than five minutes - it would have taken me 20+ to do it by hand - and that's assuming I'd not made mistakes - that Tippex thing and all that mess. If you're a teacher this product is a no brainer. Give it a try on the trial download - you'll want it after about 5 minutes of messing about. Email me on coach@chrisdowning.co.uk if you want to ask how I'm using it. BTW - I have nothing to do with these guys - but when you find something like this you want to share it around - well not with guys who live and teach near me - but you get my drift!
